One year, I was assembling our annual family photo album, and I realized that out of the few hundred photos I had...I was only in 2 of them.
My kids were bummed and I was, too.
That moment has helped motivate me to get in the frame more myself, and to try to help others document their lives with everyone included. I truly think beauty can be found in very ordinary everyday moments, magic can be found in the mess, and I love helping to provide people with images that can remind them of that.

I know how it feels to be nervous about how you look or how your kids will behave in front of the camera. I have four kids age 6 to 14 - all with very different personalities and interest levels in having photos taken. I know that family photos can feel stressful but to be honest, the only thing that makes it hard to get great pictures is an obviously stressed out parent. That's why my experience is all about making you feel comfortable so that you can simply enjoy interacting with your children while I capture the magic between you all. The photos you'll receive from our session are an honest glimpse into your life right now, and I promise you'll be grateful to see your authentic self in these photos down the road.
